Senior Business Recruiter (Fully Remote)

• You will be instrumental in scaling a high-growth startup.
• You will partner with hiring managers to find top talent across our Business orgs.

What You'll Do:

• Manage full cycle recruiting, including negotiating and closing candidates.
• Drive creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels and internal referrals.
• Maintain our ATS and build transparent reporting for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally from a tech start-up.
• You are resourceful, proactive, and passionate about recruiting.
• You are data driven with excellent communication skills.
