Job Summary

Responsibilities:

• Perform in a leadership role within a team that must intake, assess, communicate, and respond to various user requests, to include data integrity issues, status updates on critical reporting requests in accordance with CDIS policy and procedure.
• Perform in a leadership role within a team that must monitor multiple channels for user requests, including Microsoft teams and Outlook.
• Coordinate user requests between the Metric Governance/Intake Team, Data Engineering team, Rapid Innovation team, User Experience Team, and CDIS Leadership.
• Ensure the timely dissemination of business-critical notifications.
• Conduct QA checks on metric logic, thresholds, and dashboard outputs.

Must Haves

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Exercise critical thinking in a high stress environment with multiple intake channels while coordinating teammate activities, user referrals, and escalations.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize teammate activities based on critical delivery dates.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and in verbal briefings.

Desired Skills

• Experience in workflow management.
• Subject Matter Expertise in a specific Segment/LOB/Function such as a Technical SME.
• Experience in the banking industry.
