The position serves as a centralized enterprise resource responsible for integrating operational, financial, productivity, and reporting data across multiple operational areas to support executive decision-making, financial stewardship, operational planning, and organizational alignment.Job DutiesEnterprise Operational Reporting, Analytics, and Decision Support (30%)Financial Stewardship, Forecasting, and Operating Funding Strategy Support (25%)Cross-Functional Operational Integration and Stakeholder Coordination (20%)Operational Infrastructure Development, Workflow Standardization, and Continuous Improvement (15%)Strategic Operational Planning and Project Management (10%)Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree. Four years of relevant experience.Preferred Qualifications and SkillsMaster's degree in a directly related field (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH) and 2 years of relevant experience will also be considered. Project or program coordination. Strong organizational, analytical, finance, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and tracking tools.
