To support the scaling of the post-sales organization, the remote Senior Business Operations Analyst will manage analytics and trend reporting, optimize post-sales performance through standardized processes, and partner with various teams to drive insights and recommendations for leadership. Key responsibilities Own analytics and trend reporting for assigned segments within renewals and customer success Extract and reconcile data from Salesforce and other platforms to provide decision-ready analysis Design and monitor adherence to post-sales processes, ensuring compliance and identifying improvement opportunities Required qualifications 2+ years in management consulting, Sales/Business Operations, financial analysis, or a similar quantitative role Experience working with large datasets to build models and analyze trends Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, or similar sales/customer success technology Post-sales experience (renewals or customer success) is a plus Experience in designing or driving operational processes is advantageous
