An established commercial litigation practice in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a seasoned Business Litigation Attorney with 7–10+ years of experience handling complex disputes. This role offers significant courtroom exposure, autonomy in case strategy, and the chance to lead both trial and appellate litigation in matters affecting businesses and employers across Florida.

The ideal candidate thrives in high-stakes environments, has a sharp command of litigation procedures, and can manage a demanding caseload while delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead litigation involving business and employment-related disputes

• Draft advanced pleadings, briefs, motions, and legal memoranda

• Handle depositions, discovery, trial preparation, and courtroom appearances

• Represent clients in arbitration, trial, and appellate proceedings

• Manage litigation strategy independently while collaborating with firm stakeholders

• Maintain detailed case documentation and meet critical deadlines

Qualifications:

• 7–10+ years of litigation experience in commercial and/or employment law

• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar

• Proven record of success in trial and appellate advocacy

• Strong legal writing, research, and oral argument skills

• Demonstrated ability to lead cases from inception through resolution

• Organized, deadline-driven, and adept at client relationship management
