As a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) at Recorded Future , you will drive pipeline growth across enterprise accounts in India and SAARC region, working alongside our sales team.You’ll partner with Account Directors to engage senior decision-makers, open doors into new organisations, and create new business opportunities. This is a high-impact role with a career path into Account Director positions.


At Recorded Future, you’ll build a strong foundation in Threat Intelligence, understanding how cyber threats, geopolitical events, and emerging risks impact organisations, and use those insights to have more meaningful conversations with security and technology leaders. You’ll learn how to connect external risk to business impact and decision-making, with exposure to how organisations monitor and respond to cyber threats.


What You’ll Do:



  • Outbound Prospecting: Identify and engage senior stakeholders within target accounts using a thoughtful, multi-channel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn)

  • Inbound Follow-Up: Engage and qualify marketing-generated leads from events, webinars, and campaigns

  • Meeting Generation: Consistently book high-quality meetings into key accounts, aligned with Account Director priorities

  • Pipeline Creation: Ensure meetings convert into qualified opportunities and contribute to revenue pipeline

  • Account Collaboration: Work closely with Account Directors to prioritise accounts, map stakeholders, and develop targeted messaging and outreach strategies

  • Discovery: Run effective first conversations to understand challenges, qualify interest, and secure next steps


What You’ll Bring:



  • 3+ years of outbound BDR/SDR experience in SaaS or technology sales

  • Track record of hitting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets

  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders (Director level and above)

  • Strong communication skills, clear, concise, and professional

  • Highly motivated, coachable, and eager to grow into an Account Director role

  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Passion for cybersecurity and a clear ambition to build a career in technology sales

  • Must be based in Mumbai only, with ability to attend the office at least 2+ days per week

  • Willingness to travel internationally and attend marketing events across India, as required
