Business Development ManagerAs a Business Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind commercial growth in our CMS business segment for the Chemical Process Industry (CPI). Working remotely, you'll lead sales and account management for assigned territories, building lasting client relationships while identifying and closing new business opportunities. This is a strategic role where your expertise will directly influence both short-term wins and long-term business goals.Business Growth & Strategy:Drive new business development and revenue growth through strategic market analysisIdentify and capitalize on opportunities to increase profitabilityConduct competitive analysis to capture greater market shareNegotiate and close deals that generate sustained revenueClient Relationship Management:Develop and nurture relationships from initial concept through project completionStrengthen existing partnerships while acquiring new clientsManage client contracts ensuring compliance and exceptional satisfactionLead client meetings, presentations, and professionally resolve service issuesTechnical & Project Execution:Execute process engineering deliverables aligned with contracted design criteriaPrepare and coordinate designs, studies, reports, and proposalsCollaborate across multidisciplinary project teamsOptimize opportunities across Veolia organizationsQualificationsWhat You Bring Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical), Biology, Chemistry, or related field OR High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years in Water Treatment/Water Process industry10+ years of progressive sales experience with proven success in complex business transactions, pricing, and project finance5+ years in refinery, chemical plant, or water/wastewater treatment environmentsDemonstrated expertise in technical and proposal writingTrack record of managing proposals through commercial closureSkills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of water and process treatment methods and principlesFamiliarity with REGAGEP standards (ISA, API, etc.)Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesDetail-oriented with excellent communication abilitiesSelf-motivated with proven ability to inspire and lead othersAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google SuiteRequirements:Willingness to travel within assigned territoryAbility to reside in assigned region or near customer locationsComfortable working in industrial environments with appropriate safety equipmentValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to pass stringent drug testing and background checksAdditional InformationMake an Impact: Your work directly contributes to solving global environmental challengesFlexibility: Remote work arrangement supporting work-life balanceGrowth: Join a company investing in innovation and sustainabilityPurpose: Be part of a team dedicated to creating a more sustainable worldReady to make a difference?
