In this role, you will identify and qualify prospects across food, logistics, and industrial clients, build executive relationships, and lead the full sales cycle from discovery through proposal, pricing, and contract negotiation. Partnering closely with operations, you’ll design solutions that improve safety, compliance, and efficiency in temperature-controlled environments.
You’ll forecast pipeline, meet revenue targets, and represent ABM’s culture of safety, inclusion, and service while mentoring junior team members and supporting continuous improvement.
