A leading global law firm is seeking a Senior Business Development Coordinator to support its Corporate & Finance Transactions practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal BD professional looking for a role with greater ownership, autonomy, and exposure to senior stakeholders across a high-performing transactional practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute business development and marketing initiatives for Corporate & Finance Transactions practice groups
- Manage end-to-end proposals, pitches, RFPs, and client development opportunities
- Lead events, webinars, conferences, and profile-raising campaigns
- Deliver market research, thought leadership campaigns, and directory submissions to enhance the practice's market profile
- Partner closely with lawyers to identify growth opportunities and support strategic business development efforts
What We Are Looking For
- Legal business development professional with experience supporting corporate, finance, transactional, banking, capital markets, or related practice groups
- Someone comfortable managing the full scope of BD responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Prior law firm experience is essential, with exposure to multiple firms viewed favorably
- Looking for a step-up opportunity offering increased autonomy and visibility
Salary: $96,700 - $105,000 DOE
