The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering business requirements, conducting detailed analysis, documenting processes, and supporting the delivery of cloud-based data lake capabilities that enable critical business applications and analytics initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.Perform detailed data analysis to identify business needs, process improvements, and reporting requirements.Create and maintain business process models, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.Evaluate business impacts, dependencies, risks, and opportunities associated with new initiatives.Prioritize business requests and translate requirements into actionable deliverables for technical teams.Partner with project managers, data engineers, architects, and development teams to ensure successful implementation of Cloud Data Lake solutions.Support integration and data migration efforts involving SAP and cloud-based data platforms.Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement review sessions.Validate delivered solutions through testing, user acceptance activities, and business sign-offs.Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.Required Qualifications8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or related role.Strong experience working with SAP data and business processes.Hands-on experience with Cloud Data Platforms/Data Lakes (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar).Proven expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and analytics concepts.Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives.Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools.Experience working in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
