Senior Business Consultant

• Translate highly complex and varied business needs into application software requirements
• Provide expertise to lower-level consultants analyzing business needs and determining optimal solutions
• Determine application software requirements for complex business needs
• Lead teams of analysts on highly complex, high-impact projects
• Analyze and design solutions for varied and highly complex business needs
• Travel to worksites and other locations as necessary, up to 20%

Requirements

• BA/BS required
• Minimum 10 years of business analysis experience
• Experience in business analysis and project management
• Working knowledge of mainframe computers, hardware, and operating systems
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Consultant
• Project management skills
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
• Pharmacy benefit management operations experience in claims, accumulators, and historical data files preferred
• Product owner experience with Agile Methodologies preferred
• SQL data analysis and data extract capabilities preferred
• Ability to work in-office 1–2 days per week within commuting distance of an office
• Ability to travel up to 20%
