To support ongoing client initiatives, the remote Senior Business Architect will serve as a trusted consultant and product expert, translating complex business challenges into actionable requirements while collaborating with clients, project managers, and technical teams. Key responsibilities Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand business needs and recommend best practices for dispute processing Translate business objectives into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while ensuring clear communication between business teams and technical resources Conduct data analysis and develop configuration documentation tailored to client needs, driving quality control through testing and validation Required qualifications 7+ years as a Business Architect/Business Analyst, preferably in FinTech or related financial services 7+ years of experience across the full product lifecycle with a strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies Expert proficiency in Excel, including modeling and advanced functions Experience with SaaS platforms and understanding of SaaS delivery models Proven ability to write detailed user stories, specifications, and test cases
