To support healthcare technology initiatives, the remote Senior Business Applications Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert, managing application configurations and leading the development of software modification requirements while collaborating with business areas. Key responsibilities Lead the development of Package Software modification requirements and maintain file configurations Analyze business problems and opportunities, providing recommendations and implementing solutions Provide technical leadership and consultative support to project teams and junior staff members Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree 5+ years of experience in business applications analysis, specifically in healthcare technology Experience with Facets product builds and claims healthcare processes is preferred Strong understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and application configuration Ability to communicate effectively with business partners and deliver presentations as needed
