Supporting and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst, Supply Chain will gather business requirements, design solutions, and implement them in production while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and reporting. Key responsibilities Collaborate with IT and business areas to ensure proper configuration and maintenance of ERP systems Prepare functional specifications for Oracle Developers to create integrations and reports based on data analysis Analyze supply chain performance metrics and develop dashboards to support business decision-making Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, operations, finance, data analytics, or a related field At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud SCM and Cost Management Proven track record of 1-2 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations with expertise in Costing/Cost Accounting Strong background in ERP systems, particularly Oracle Cloud, including modules like Inventory, Procurement, and Accounting Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
