Working remotely, the full-time Senior Business Analyst/Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage product backlogs, and lead requirements gathering for a dynamic data team supporting the Department of Homeland Security. Key responsibilities Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives Owning and maintaining product backlogs to ensure clear and prioritized requirements Leading requirements gathering and analysis while engaging in daily operational activities Required qualifications Experience as a Lead Business Analyst or functional lead across multiple Agile Teams Strong background in translating business needs into functional and technical requirements Experience with data analytics and business intelligence platforms Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance
