HR Business Analyst/ Hybrid / New Brunswick, NJ

6-month duration until May 2027

Preferred candidate will report to New Brunswick, NJ office – hybrid attendance: 3 days a week in office, 2 remote

$60/hr All Inclusive on C2C

• Experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Data Governance, Data Migration, or related disciplines.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Strong organizational and project tracking capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and reporting tools.
• HR systems or HR data experience preferred.
• Preferred Workday Experience.
