Overview:
The Business Analyst will serve as a liaison between our client and project stakeholders, supporting enhancements and technology updates to a public-facing application. This role will work with existing teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support project initiatives while ensuring alignment with policies and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, stakeholder discussions, and business process modeling to support application enhancements and technology updates.
- Analyze and document business requirements, workflows, and processes to support project planning and implementation.
- Assist in navigating policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Support various projects, work requests, and operational activities as part of the Business Analyst team.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders while providing excellent customer service and business analysis support.
- Quickly adapt to new assignments, changing priorities, and evolving business needs while maintaining organization and productivity.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years conducting business process review and requirements elicitation and documentation to include process modeling.
- Minimum of 5 years developing and/or managing user stories on Agile development project(s).
- Minimum of 2 years working directly with senior management in facilitating discussions to determine strategy, develop road maps and/or gain consensus to resolve opposing positions.
- Minimum of 2 years working on projects developing/implementing IT solutions for public use.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years supporting the development of or compliance to statement of work and/or other work agreements/contracts.
- Minimum of 1 year working with programs governed by state and/or federal regulations.
- Bachelor's degree.
