Urgent Hiring: NC FAST Business Analyst | Raleigh, NC

accel bi corporation is seeking a skilled NC FAST Business Analyst for a full-time W-2 opportunity in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Work arrangement: Hybrid

Employment: Full-time W-2 with accel bi corporation

Gross salary: $85,000–$95,000, inclusive of applicable benefits

Candidate requirements:

• Local North Carolina candidates only
• U.S. citizens or Green Card holders only
• At least five years of relevant business analysis experience
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience analyzing complex business processes and recommending technology solutions
• Experience creating user stories, process flows, use cases, mappings, and business requirements documentation
• Experience with requirements traceability, testing support, and User Acceptance Testing
• Experience facilitating requirements-gathering and JAD sessions with stakeholders and business and technical teams
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office
• Experience with NC FAST, the Cúram Software Suite, or a similar integrated eligibility system
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing Medicaid and other human-services programs
• Ability to work independently and manage medium-complexity work efforts

Preferred qualifications:

• SQL experience for querying and validating data
• Knowledge of UI/UX and user-centric design principles
• Experience with Large Language Models and generative AI use cases

Key responsibilities include leading Fit/Gap and JAD sessions, refining user stories and acceptance criteria, producing functional and technical documentation, supporting UAT and defect tracking, conducting data analysis, assisting with implementations, and providing production support.
