This role is responsible for translating business needs into effective technical outcomes while managing project delivery from initiation through completion.Key Responsibilities:Lead enterprise projects through planning, execution, and deliveryPartner with business and technical stakeholders to elicit and document requirementsIdentify opportunities to integrate AI and data-driven capabilities into business processesDevelop and maintain project documentation including project plans, BRDs, functional specifications, and status reportsFacilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to project management best practicesManage risks, issues, changes, and stakeholder expectationsProvide clear, concise communication to technical teams and executive leadershipRequirements:7+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid BA/PMDemonstrated experience delivering AI or data-driven initiativesStrong understanding of Agile methodologiesExperience using project and delivery tools such as Jira or MS ProjectProven ability to work across business, technical, and executive stakeholdersStrong documentation, analytical, and communication skills
