This candidate will act as a Technology Business Analyst and subject matter expert on the project and manage the agile delivery of various projects. Strong client stakeholder skills will be paired with strong knowledge of business and understanding of technology in order to successfully execute this work.Responsibilities:Partner with the business to help translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional, testable specifications.Work as a liaison between business unit and delivery team in all phases of development from product definition to deploymentPerform feasibility analysis, scope projects, prioritize deliverables, recommend alternative solutions and project strategies, and engage in negotiations.Act as SME to business working with them on system and data questionsUnderstand and articulate the technology vision and strategy, ensure that technology solution is successfully aligned with the business goals and prioritiesDefine and implement operational processesEstablish high, mid and micro level plans, and estimates for project teamsOversee BDD validation that can be used to streamline QA and UAT processesMaintain a strong understanding of industry and enterprise-wide trendsSkills Required:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field OR Bachelor's degree in a business/finance related field with technical experienceStrong financial industry experience is expectedStrong SQL and Data Analysis knowledgeGood experience on Agile SDLC processes.At least 5-7 years of experience with Data & Analytics related projectsRelevant and substantial work experience with business requirements definition and management (end to end), structured analysis, process design, and use case documentationStrong analytical and problem solving skillsStrong communication skills both verbal and written.Effective collaborator across a variety of IT and Business groups, regions, roles and levelsAbility to influence decisions/mindsetsSkill Desired:Fraud domain experience is highly preferredHigh quality architecture and design methodologies knowledgeWork experience as level-3 support for applications
