Job Description

Talent Groups is seeking a strategic and detail oriented Senior Business Analyst to support a hospitality and gaming client implementing a new Room Booking Engine RBE. This position is ideal for a senior level analyst who excels at the intersection of technical systems, API integrations, and feature enhancements.

You will work closely with developers, UX, product partners, and a broad group of stakeholders across revenue management, marketing, brand, and IT. You will act as the liaison who translates business objectives into clear technical execution and helps deliver a best in class digital booking experience.

• Connect Data to Decisions

What You Bring

• Five plus years as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role on digital teams
• Strong proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Loop, Figma, Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Hands on experience with booking engines and CRS platforms
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

Bonus Skills

• Experience with analytics or web tools such as GA4 and Storybook
