- Responsible for facilitating and performing complex research and analysis to support business operations
- Discerns business needs, elicits, documents, and manages requirements
- Develops business and functional requirements to solve larger and/or more complex business problems
- Communicates and validates requirements with stakeholders and identified SMEs
- Ensures creation of and adherence to requirements approach and management plan
- Collaborates with project teams to adhere to solution scope

- Develops and maintains reporting tools for measuring business area performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 5+ years of experience in related field (in lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience)
- Preference for Health Care Industry experience
