You will act as a key link between business stakeholders and IT teams, helping to analyze business needs, gather requirements, define functional specifications, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions.

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
• Strong experience working in the insurance industry
• Excellent understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and functional analysis
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers
• Ability to analyze complex needs and translate them into clear functional specifications
