We are unable to sponsor at this timeRequirements:8 years – Experience eliciting requirements from customer interviews and creating well-written system requirements8 years – Experience with Software Development Life Cycles (SDLCs)8 years – Business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement experience8 years – Experience developing user stories and use cases per business analysis best practices8 years – Experience designing mockups and/or wireframes per UX best practices5 years – Strong communication and facilitation skills5 years – Strong writing and organizational skills3 years (Preferred) – Experience with Modern Requirements (requirements management software)3 years (Preferred) – Experience with Atlassian Jira (issue tracking software)2 years (Preferred) – Experience working with TEA or other state/local education agencies1 year (Preferred) – Experience with Teacher Incentive Allotment program, federal/state grant programs, or student outcome dataResponsibilities:Work on multiple agency projects supporting Texas student outcomes, focusing on public dashboards and grant projects.Perform senior-level business analysis and UX design to ensure effective end-user experiences.Ensure design decisions align with user research, agency design standards, and industry best practices.Partner with product teams and stakeholders to create design solutions.Serve as liaison between program/customers and the software development team for requirement flow.Participate throughout the software development life cycle, managing and verifying requirements.Ensure fulfillment of requirements, including post-implementation enhancements.
