Senior Business Analyst

Overview

Senior Business Analyst for the capital markets domain. Candidates should have strong fundamental knowledge in investment banking, capital markets, FX, excellent communication and documentation skills, a clear understanding of the SDLC process, and a long-term commitment to the company. Must be comfortable with deadlines, working under time pressure, and performing in functional analysis, specification creation, and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Should have knowledge in investment banking, capital markets, FX
• Highly qualified MSc graduates from respected universities in relevant faculties
• More than one year of experience as a Senior Business Analyst
• Experience in user interaction, requirements elicitation/gathering and functional specification preparation
• Experience with financials analysis is a plus
• Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements capturing using use cases and feature-driven methods
• Experience in identifying and executing test strategies, test plans and functional test cases
• Experience in preparing and conducting functional reviews and training sessions
• Experience in SQL; capability to work with customers and cross-location teams to establish and maintain consistent delivery
• Ability to work closely in a team environment
• Knowledge of RDBMS concepts, XML would be a plus
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Strong spoken and written communication skills in English
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Strong business understanding
