Job Description

We are looking for a **Senior Business Analyst** with strong experience in **ETRM, SQL, and Operations**. The candidate will work with business and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support ETRM-related projects.

### Key Responsibilities

* Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

* Work on **ETRM processes and operations**.

* Analyze business data using **SQL**.

* Create business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation.

* Work closely with development, QA, and business teams.

* Identify process improvements and provide business solutions.

* Support testing, UAT, issue resolution, and production activities.

* Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

* Prepare reports and dashboards as required.

### Experience

* 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

* Strong hands-on experience with **ETRM, SQL, and Operations**.

* Experience working with business and technical stakeholders.

* Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
