Senior Business Analyst

Immediate need for a talented Senior Business Analyst . This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Durham, NC (Onsite) . Elicit and document requirements for departmental and corporate projects. Collaborate with project teams to create and maintain requirements traceability. Drive business readiness activities, including communication plans for technology and process changes. Support training and conduct focused analysis to ensure project efficiency. Maintain reporting tools to measure performance against industry benchmarks. Create effective presentations for leadership review and document all analysis thoroughly. Identify potential business risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Build and support strong vendor relationships, documenting business issues and project needs. 5+ years of experience in a related field.

In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of experience in a related field.

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
