- Familiarity with utility regulatory frameworks, infrastructure investments, and modernization strategies.
- Proficiency in Software-Defined Wide Area Networking (SD-WAN), cost savings strategies, and cost avoidance techniques.
- Ability to analyze complex challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Knowledge of billing rates and tariffs within customer information systems.
- Knowledge of Jira Application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in projects focused on operational efficiency and network connectivity transformation.
- Contribute to plans for infrastructure upgrades, service improvements, and technology implementations across the telecommunications footprint.
- Collaborate with leadership, regulatory agencies, and external partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
