About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support business‑critical applications and processes in a fast‑paced, innovative environment. This role focuses on bridging business needs with technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and improve systems that drive efficiency and value.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategy
- Gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Act as a liaison between business teams and IT/development teams
- Support and improve complex business processes and applications
- Perform cost‑benefit and ROI analysis for system implementations
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously as part of cross‑functional teams
- Provide functional support and troubleshoot application‑related issues
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong experience in requirement gathering and business process analysis
- Ability to understand technical systems and communicate with developers
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders
- Project management skills and ability to manage parallel initiatives
Need to Have
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
- Certification in SuccessFactors
- Basic understanding of programming concepts
- Experience improving operational efficiency through technology solutions
