We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst 3 to support a major Medicaid system modernization initiative . This role focuses on business analysis, project oversight, requirements management, vendor coordination, UAT, and Agile delivery for enterprise healthcare applications.
- Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements.
- Develop and review project artifacts including requirements, test cases, traceability matrices, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives.
- Analyze systems, troubleshoot issues, and support solution implementation.
- Manage project scope, user acceptance testing (UAT), system integration, and deployment activities.
- Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Analyze HHSC policies, procedures, and standards to ensure alignment with system functionality.
- Assist in creating documentation and standardized processes for integrated Medicaid solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery in an Agile environment.
