Senior Business AnalystWe are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals supporting a Federal Government customer in Rosslyn, VA. The selected individual will need to live in the DC Metro area to report to HQ in Arlington, VA. They can telework 1 day per week and will report in-person to HQ the rest of the week.Position DescriptionDevelop new business strategies and modelsCommunicate to management on how these strategies and models will enhance business efficiencyCreate monthly reports on the performance of the businessIdentify and address operational, financial, and technological risks within the businessMaintain, test, and improve business and systems operationsBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersIdentify innovative ways to increase customer satisfactionEvaluate the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are metCommunicate ideas and viewpoints to senior managementAct as a liaison between business and IT groupsSupervise the design of new products and evaluate how these will perform on the marketPosition RequirementsMust have a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, IT or any related fieldMinimum of 3+ years' experience as a business analystMust have Project Management experience at the senior levelExcellent communication skillsAnalytical skillsCustomer service skillsProblem-solving/analytical skillsAdaptabilityProven training in Business Process ModelingProficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance – US Citizen only and must not have traveled outside the US for a combined total of 6 months or more in last 5 years.Must have resided in the US for the last 5 years.Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years.
