Senior Business Analyst - AI/ML - Remote / Telecommute

Business AnalystResponsible for interpreting business needs, gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. Supports end-to-end project lifecycle activities including requirements analysis, testing, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication for AI and data-driven initiatives.Requirement/Must HaveBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, testing, or related analytical roles.Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.Experience in user acceptance testing, including planning, execution, and validation.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.ExperienceExperience supporting moderate to high complexity initiatives including digital platforms, analytics, workflow automation, or data-driven solutions.Experience in issue tracking, resolution, and stakeholder coordination.Experience in business systems analysis and process documentation.ResponsibilitiesGather, elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements.Collaborate on project plans to define and schedule requirements management activities.Facilitate requirements analysis and verification sessions.Participate in development sessions and design reviews to ensure alignment with user requirements.Lead and manage user acceptance testing, including documentation, validation, and release processes.Identify and document gaps, system deficiencies, and defects, and coordinate resolution.Troubleshoot and resolve complex business and technical issues.Develop detailed documentation of business systems, processes, and user needs.Monitor and report project status, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.Coordinate projects from concept through implementation.Respond to policy-related inquiries requiring research and collaboration.Should HaveHealthcare insurance domain experience.Proven ability to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.Strong understanding of business analysis core competencies.SkillsBusiness analysis and requirements management.Data analysis and process improvement.Communication and stakeholder management.Microsoft Office applications.Problem-solving and prioritization.Qualification And EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, additional relevant work experience may be considered.
