Senior Business Analyst (AI/ML)-B2B

Working place: Hybrid. Salary range: 122-160 PLN/H. B2B contract.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Consultant who will join a banking project for an international client.

• Analyze business use cases where AI/ML can support operations, risk, automation or decisioning.
• Define functional and data requirements for AI-enabled features or ML-supported processes.
• Capture input data, decision points, explainability, controls and human‑in‑the‑loop requirements.
• Work closely with data/ML engineers to make requirements clear, feasible and testable.
• Support governance, compliance and operational readiness for AI-enabled components.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet regulatory and risk management requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with business, risk, and technology stakeholders.
• Min. 4 years of experience as Business Analyst in a technology or banking environment.
• Experience in using AI models.
• Ability to perform functional and business analysis and manage a product backlog.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid mode (2 days in the office per week).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
