Leading the business analysis function for the Portfolio Management team, the full-time remote Senior Business Analysis Manager will establish standards and methodologies, partner with business and technology leaders to identify needs, and drive process improvements to deliver measurable business value. Key responsibilities Establish and oversee business analysis standards, methodologies, and best practices for the organization Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify business needs and drive informed decision-making Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to enhance operational efficiency Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred 10+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or solution design, preferably in healthcare Proven expertise in business process analysis and workflow redesign methodologies Experience leading large, cross-functional business and technology initiatives from discovery through implementation Professional certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or Lean Six Sigma preferred
