As the Senior Business Analysis Manager, this full-time remote position will lead data analysis projects, employing advanced statistical methods to uncover trends and insights that influence strategic decision-making across the organization. Key responsibilities Lead comprehensive data analysis projects using techniques such as regression analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends and correlations Design and conduct complex data studies, interpreting results to provide actionable insights to executive leadership Ensure effective utilization of PowerBI for advanced analytics and collaborate with IT teams to enhance data collection procedures Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Applied Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience required 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, including model building and statistical analysis 3+ years of experience with BI tools like Power BI and/or Tableau for automating reporting Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL, with experience in data transformation using R or Python preferred Familiarity with MS SQL Server and implementing new databases preferred
