Not a task doer. The person who owns the numbers, closes the month, and makes the numbers better.What You'll Be Doing:Own all day-to-day bookkeeping (QuickBooks is your jam)Reconcile bank & credit card statements like a bossManage A/P, A/R, commissions and payoutsOwn the month end close and the P&L, not just the data entryWork directly with our CEO, our GM, our outside accounting firm and our family officeUse AI every day to work faster and more accuratelyPlease don't apply if you:Have less than 2 years of real bookkeeping or accounting experienceAren't confident in QuickBooksStruggle with accuracy or attention to detailLive more than 30 minutes from West Lake Hills. This role is in office, 5 days a weekAre not willing to use AI to do the job betterRequired: 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.

You have owned the finance function somewhere, ideally at a company doing $3M or more. Impeccable attention to detail. High integrity + discretion with confidential info.

Great communication and time management.
