Leading model-based coordination and digital delivery on complex AEC projects, the full-time Senior BIM/VDC Project Manager will manage BIM/VDC execution, support client relationships, and drive firm growth in a remote capacity with some travel required. Key responsibilities Align BIM/VDC scope, schedule, budget, and staffing with overall project goals while leading execution from pursuit through closeout Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders, identifying opportunities for new work and supporting proposal development Develop and maintain BIM/VDC standards and workflows, driving innovation in coordination processes and mentoring project teams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent experience welcomed 8+ years in BIM, VDC, construction technology, or digital project delivery, including 3+ years leading BIM/VDC on complex AEC projects Advanced proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Forma, and similar platforms Experience developing BIM Execution Plans, clash detection workflows, and model standards Demonstrated experience supporting client relationships, pursuits, proposals, or presentations
