To support the growing complexity of billing operations, the full-time remote Senior Billing & Collections Specialist will manage invoice accuracy, oversee daily cash applications, and guide team members on billing workflows. Key responsibilities Review customer contracts to determine correct billing treatment and process complex invoices and credit memos Ensure accuracy of invoices processed by the team and respond to customer billing inquiries in a timely manner Monitor accounts receivable aging, manage past-due accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally on billing and collections Required qualifications At least 4 years of professional billing experience, particularly with intricate billing scenarios Proven ability to analyze ambiguous contract terms and determine precise billing consequences Practical familiarity with Zone or equivalent NetSuite-native billing software Proficiency in cash and payment applications, including matching and posting customer payments Experience with Salesforce for navigating contract and account details
