Providing exceptional customer service in a remote full-time capacity, the Senior Bilingual Loan Processor will manage loan documentation, ensure compliance with regulations, and communicate with clients and loan officers to facilitate the underwriting process. Key responsibilities Perform thorough reviews of borrowers' credit, employment, income, and assets before submitting to underwriting Assemble complete loan packages and verify all required documentation for accuracy and compliance Communicate with loan originators and clients to obtain necessary documentation and assist with loan processing tasks Required qualifications Fluency in Spanish and English for effective communication with customers High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential mortgage processing Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general mortgage lending regulations Experience with Encompass software preferred
