Leading the design and implementation of a modern data ingestion ecosystem, the full-time Senior BI Engineer will architect a unified framework into Snowflake, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade data solutions in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Design and develop a standardized data ingestion framework into Snowflake, ensuring scalability and security Serve as the technical lead for data ingestion initiatives, mentoring BI developers and overseeing best practices Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate ingestion requirements into scalable technical solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 7-10 years of professional experience in data engineering, with 5+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake 4-6 years of experience building data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric Pipelines or equivalent tools 5+ years of enterprise SQL experience, including advanced SQL Server work and Change Data Capture (CDC) implementation 3+ years of experience leading data engineering initiatives or serving as a technical lead on ingestion projects
