To support data-driven decision-making, the contract Senior BI Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design high-performance data visualization solutions, mentor junior team members, and facilitate user design sessions, working remotely for a duration of 9 months with potential for extension. Key responsibilities Collaborate with business areas to conduct user design sessions and produce rapid solution prototypes Design and architect scalable data visualization solutions for large-scope projects Mentor junior team members and enforce data visualization governance and development standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or a related field Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI and/or Tableau Knowledge of payment integrity and healthcare experience preferred Familiarity with Snowflake and Facets is strongly preferred
