Requirements
- Senior HR, Total Rewards or Benefits professional at a mid-market to enterprise or larger organization.
- Direct decision-making authority or significant influence over selecting or managing health insurance and pharmacy benefit plans.
- Familiarity with pharmacy benefit plan structures and vendor negotiations.
- Comfortable discussing the financial and strategic trade-offs of benefit designs.
