The Mercy Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) conducts assessments and develops individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism and developmental needs. Working with families, RBTs, and a multidisciplinary team, you will use data-driven decision making to improve skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
