Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop innovative behavior programs. Evaluate client needs continuously and provide parent education. Communicate proactively and welcome learning to foster collaboration. Adapt to change with flexibility and seek growth opportunities.Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
