Leading the onboarding and training initiatives, the full-time Senior BDR Trainer and Program Manager will enhance the Business Development Representative (BDR) organization's effectiveness by designing and executing training programs and enablement strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Own and improve the BDR new-hire onboarding experience, including training frameworks and certification checkpoints Design and operationalize outbound enablement programs to enhance prospecting quality and execution consistency Collaborate with various teams to ensure training aligns with current campaigns and marketing priorities Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in sales training, BDR enablement, or related roles Proven ability to build and deliver onboarding and ongoing development programs for sales teams Strong understanding of BDR workflows and sales-marketing handoffs Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
