**Key Qualifications:**
- Associate degree in Electronics, Mechanical Systems, Computer Technology, or equivalent experience (5+ years in BAS/DDC).
- 5–7 years of experience in BAS/DDC with a focus on programming and service.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and effective communication on demanding job sites.
- Strong customer interfacing ability, making complex topics understandable.
- Experience with BACnet IP/Ethernet and MS/TP networks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and networking installations.
- Expertise in programming end-to-end air-side and water-side systems.
**Additional Experience (Preferred):**
- Certifications or experience with major BAS platforms (e.g., Schneider Electric, Delta Controls, Niagara, Alerton).
- Knowledge of SQL databases and server environments.
- Stable work history (5+ years with one employer preferred).
- Willingness to travel regionally (Maryland/DC/Virginia area).
