SeniorBAS Automation Programmer
Since 1973, Enviromatic Systems, Inc. has installed BAS control systems in commercial office buildings, schools, hospitals, colleges, and government buildings. Due to our long-term success, loyal customer base, and growth, we are looking to hire high-caliber individuals.
Full-time duties included but not limited to:
- BAS control system programming
- Red-lined drawings for as-built creation
- BAS graphic/animation integration
- Controller programming/configuring/networking
- Test & balance commissioning/trouble-shooting
- Training end users to operate system
Requirements:
- Service-driven attitude
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Experience with MEP plan interpretation and application
- Excellent writing skills
- Experience with withdrawing and/or computer graphics
- Strong sense of urgency
- Well organized and able to multi-task
- Possess strong self-management skills
- Teamwork and strong problem solving abilities
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Additional Responsibilities:
- Creation of system graphics, setup of trends, and customization of user interfaces
- Programming the system to meet the sequence of operations and proper functionality
- IP communications setup and coordination
- Assistance with test and balance
- Communication with project management, subcontractors, design team, and sales representatives
- Professional representation of the Enviromatic Systems brand and company reputation
- Assurance of customer satisfaction, through the delivery of high-quality finished work
- Provide training and assistance to customers and other people in the company
