Managing an existing loan and deposit portfolio of automotive dealerships, the full-time Senior Banker - Kansas Licensed will build and maintain relationships with key decision makers while working remotely from major metropolitan areas in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, or Iowa. Key responsibilities Execute strategies and business priorities to grow the portfolio and support current initiatives Prospect and grow commercial product offerings, emphasizing deposit growth and leveraging existing relationships Analyze sales performance and serve as a subject matter expert for the regional sales team, providing mentoring and training as needed Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 10+ years of Commercial Banking or Business Banking experience Strong knowledge of Floorplan, Commercial Real Estate, and Acquisition products Proven relationship building and influencing skills with senior business partners Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
