Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and optimize UM workflows within Epic Tapestry.Configure Service Authorization components including:ReferralsAuto Status Assignment (ASA) logicUM Profiles & LettersReferral TriggersWorkqueues (WQ)SmartTools, LPPs, ExtensionsSupport Import/Export configurations and FHIR integrations (FDI/AIF preferred).Lead testing (unit, regression, UAT) and troubleshoot build issues.Partner with operational and IT teams to align system configuration with payer rules and regulatory requirements.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:We are seeking an experienced Epic Tapestry Utilization Management (UM) Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Service Authorization build and workflow configuration.5+ years Epic experienceStrong Tapestry UM build experienceService Authorization configuration expertiseDeep knowledge of UM workflows and authorization logicAbility to work independently in a remote environmentEpic certification preferred but not required.Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM5 days/week including every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
