Senior Backend Software Engineer (Confluence Cloud AI Automation and Search)Engineering position available in San Francisco, United States, with remote work option. This role involves designing, building, and shipping backend features and capabilities in a highly scalable, cross-geographic distributed environment. Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, product managers, and designers in an open, agile workspace.
Ensure full visibility, error reporting, and monitoring of high-performing backend services and actively participate in Agile ceremonies. Review code with best practices in mind. Develop backend applications using modern object-oriented programming languages, crafting and implementing scalable RESTful microservices, and applying expertise in database technologies ranging from RDBMS platforms to NoSQL.40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m.
